Windows 10 keeps overwriting the driver! Tech support scams are an industry-wide issue where scammers attempt to trick you into paying for unnecessary technical support services. It is definitely a Windows Problem! Under Compatibility tab, check the option for Run in Compatibility mode.

I downloaded and ran both but when I tried to update the driver, it said it was the most recent which was the older version and wouldn't update to the file downloaded.
