Thanks Jim, I found a bit driver for Windows 7 and I installed it in compatibility mode, however I wasn't able to then update the device from my Windows 10 machine with this software. The application opens up but if I choose any of the options, it tells me the Twain driver is not installed. I am assuming your OS is Windows 7 32bit. Canon and Epson are the main ones. The second is the same file zipped but with a password of so Norton cannot scan the file and delete it before downloading. Javascript Disabled Detected You currently have javascript disabled.
